Safeguard Collection Services was established in 1993 as a family business on the Gold Coast and remains that way to date.

We pride ourselves in having established an "extremely happy" clientele base from our collection results. I feel we are "something new" in regards to collection agencies in general. In that, being a family business, we are able to establish a one on one basis with yourself and your debtor's to obtain a close working relationship with both.

We strive for 100% success rate in recovery. Our instruction Fee is a low $22.00 per debt (initial instruction is $55.00) which makes us an extremely "low-risk" option. We have no membership, subscription or annual fees. Our commission is based on "what is paid" by the debtor. Therefore, we do not get paid unless we can get YOU paid.

We have extensive experience in the debt recovery field and with litigation procedures - Australia wide. We are able to offer you a confidential and very personal service and we assure you of a professional approach at all times.
