Favour's inception in 1996 came about as a result of a desire to offer small/medium sized organisations alternatives to the expensive offerings in the HR and OHS software arena.

The extensive prior experience of the directors in the software arena, specifically in the payroll, human resource and occupational health & safety fields, allowed Favour to produce a development model that encourages easy-to-use, scaleable and affordable products.

All our software has been written from scratch by Favour, an Australian company, for Australian standards. We concentrate on adhering to industry standards and thoroughly understand employee/business-related processes, tasks and obstacles.

win OHS has all the components necessary to keep on top of the ever-increasing demands of OHS management. Like winHR, winOHS has been around for a number of years, and therefore is a very mature product.
