Boardroom & Meeting Room Hire
First impressions are important. At Regatta 1, your clients will be greeted by our friendly receptionist, who will page you for your appointment. Your client can be seated on our comfortable leather lounges while they wait.

When you arrive from your office, you can take your client to a four person meeting room or a 10 person board room. The board room comes complete with white board and data projector. And to make sure your client feels comfortable and relaxed, our receptionist will also serve tea and coffee.

Virtual Offices
Perhaps you don’t require an office but need someone to answer your phone. We are here to meet your needs too. Here at Regatta 1 Business Centre, we offer a service that provides you with a professional postal address and dedicated phone number, which we will answer on your behalf. We call it the R1 Virtual office.

It has all the benefits of an office without the added price tag or commitment and your clients will think you are located in a professional business centre. This option is ideal for sales reps, home based businesses needing to provide a more professional face for their clients, or as a stepping stone to eventually moving into an office at Regatta 1 as your business expands.

Print Centre
As a Business Centre, we have our own print centre. We have capability of printing in full colour/black and white on up to A3 size paper and banners measuring 1020mm x 297mm coated in a gloss 150 gsm paper. Great for signs/sales promotion.

Our print centre is available to all our clients regardless if you're located in our Business Centre or just someone who needs some printing or photocopying done.

As an executive client, we provide free use to a specified limit of our print centre for both colour/black and white copies.
