Our Senior First Aid or Apply First Aid Courses are designed to teach you everything you need to know to save a life in a stress free and fun environment.

We offer CPR Training, Low Voltage Rescue Training (LVR or LVR CPR), Anaphylaxis Training and Epi Pen Training and De fibrillation Training(AED Training). Groups and individuals are welcome with training done in your workplace or ours.

Apply First Aid Course (HLTFA301B)

The Apply First Aid course (formally known as Senior First Aid) is a minimum qualification required by workplace health and safety legislation for the workplace first aider.

The course is comprehensive and teaches the student a wide range of first aid techniques used for injuries/illnesses that may be encountered at home, work or during recreation. You'll be trained in first aid procedures that should enable you to assist an injured or ill person until medical aid arrives.

The flexible learning allows participants to complete a work book in their own time, and attend a one day face to face class.

Perform CPR (HLTCPR201A)

This training is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to administer Rescue Breathing (RB) and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) following a life threatening incident.

Defibrillation Workshop

This training and assessment program provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to; locate and use defibrillation equipment, problem solving and work competently in an emergency situation. Course content:

The heart and its electrical impulse, VT,VF and Asistol.

How a Defibrillator works and what to expect

Anaphylaxis Workshop
This Training is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to help and maintain a patient with Anaphylaxis; you will also learn Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) following a life threatening attack.

Low Voltage Switchboard Rescue (includes HLTCPR201A)
LVR and CPR training provides strategies for persons to perform a safe rescue of a victim who has received an electric shock or personal injuries while working on low voltage conductors or equipment. This course provides the participant with the skills on how to manage danger of accidental electrocution. On completion of the course, you will be competent to rescue and provide resuscitation to a person who has stopped breathing or is unconscious due to electrical shock.
