How much does it cost for a quote?
All cleaning quotes are free.

How often should carpet be cleaned?
Your carpets at home should be cleaned yearly. Carpets at work or in a business should be cleaned every 6 months.


Is wet or dry carpet cleaning better?
Wet carpet cleaning is the best, but takes up to 12 hours to dry. Dry carpet cleaning is not as effective as wet however the carpet is dry in about 2 hours.

Is it ok to hose down windows?
Hosing wastes a lot of water and only removes the dust from the glass providing a less than optimal results. For a better and more lasting effect we suggest cleaning the glass itself thoroughly rather than hosing it.

How many coats do you need for a strip and seal?
Normally 3 base coats and 3 top coats are required. With a new product only one coat of each is required.

How long does the seal last?
Normally the top coat will last up to 6 months. When worn it should be removed and the top coat replaced. After 2 years it is best to remove all 3 coats and replace.

How often do you clean a commercial kitchen?
Commercial kitchens need a thorough top to bottom at least every six months.

How often do you clean toilets?
This depends on the number of toilets available per staff. We'll discuss with you during your free quote what would work best.

How long have you been in the cleaning business?
We have been cleaning homes and businesses since 1999.

Will I need to sign a contract?
No contract is required. We ask for a written notice of 7 days to terminate the arrangement.

What if I'm not satisfied with the quality of cleaning?
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please call us and we'll re-clean the area at absolutely no cost to you within 24 hours.

How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We accept payment by cash, EFT and cheque.

How do I arrange for service, and how much do you charge?
We'll arrange an obligation and cost free appointment which takes approximately 15 - 30 minutes. You'll then receive a written estimate of the cleaning services and a schedule of work to be undertaken. Cost is based on the size of the job and how long it'll take to complete.

How do you access my premises?
We must be able to access your premises to provide our service.
There are three choices:
1) You can supply a key and alarm code (if applicable).
2) We can clean your premises during business hours.
3) We can clean after business hours with someone there to allow access.

Will I always have the same service provider?
Occasionally there may be a change in service providers due to illness, days off, holiday, or other reasons. Therefore, it is not possible for us to guarantee the same individual or team each time. If a change of staff is required, we'll simply send a replacement at the designated time.

What is the cancellation / reschedule policy?
We ask for one day's notice to reschedule, and 7 days written notice to cancel a scheduled cleaning.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a public holiday, we'll contact you in advance to reschedule.

What should I do if something is broken by a cleaner?
Our staff are always very careful not to disturb or damage anything on your premises. However, should this happen, please call us as soon as possible. We are fully insured for any damage our staff cause, and are happy to resolve the matter promptly to your satisfaction.

If I have pets, do I need to secure them while your team is cleaning?
Sometimes pets are afraid of new people coming into their homes. If you are not at home while we clean, we ask that you introduce your pet(s) to our employees on the first visit. Our employees are all animal-friendly. If your pet(s) are very protective of your home when you are away, we ask that you secure your pet(s).
